The 2011 Fall Applications are now available to download. The ECCBC Financial Incentive for college level coursework in early childhood will now apply to classes taken on a calendar year basis. For example, incentives for classes undertaken between January 1, 2011 and December 31, 2011 will be awarded in early 2012. ECCBC Financial Incentive Program Requirements: Live or work in Boulder County. Minimum of one year's experience in the early childhood field. Presently employed at least 20 hours per week as an early care and education professional (ie. licensed family child care provider, licensed child care center, Head Start, etc). If working less than 20 hours per week, you may be considered if you send a letter from your director. Courses must be in the field of early care and education or a closely related field. Course grade of B or better as documented by transcript or instructor letter (incompletes and grades less than B are/will not be accepted).
Things to know: Priority is given to those who hold the Colorado Early Childhood Credential.
