Eco-Healthy Child Care

Go green and become an Eco-Healthy Child Care!

Eco Healthy Child Care is a new national program that aims to protect children and their caregivers from harmful environmental toxins.  It offers free or low-cost solutions and will market child care facilities that are endorsed as “eco-healthy.”  Eco Healthy Child Care was started by the Oregon Environmental Council (OEC) in 2005, has won national awards and this year is being expanded to seven states.  We are fortunate here in Boulder County to have been chosen as a model community for expansion.
