The Child Care Recruitment and Training Program, Children Youth and Families Division, City of Boulder, administers the Boulder County Child Care Quality Improvement Project in partnership with Qualistar Early Learning.  The project seeks to support child care providers in Boulder County that are ready to undertake two yearly Quality Ratings.
